Fromm's arm isn't weak but it may not be NFL. When Fromm

improves his footwork he'll get better velocity. When he learns how to throw his receivers open, he won't need as much velocity. So basically, he can be a great college qb with his physical abilities. It's impossible not to compare him to Murray.
