in that we got whipped up front like a liberal in a debate. Both sides of the LOS got pushed around. CKS told us when he came here that depth and size on the LOS was his concern. That takes some time to remedy. The hurry up offense they run makes it so that ya cant substitute - and that takes a toll on the defense too.

The penalties absolutely killed us yesterday. Sure we got pushed around, but we helped them out ALOT. Leaping gave them a 1st down when we stopped em and led to a TD instead. First time i have seen a CKS team repeatedly shoot itself in the foot.

That dropped ball on what would have been a TD was big too. Would have flipped the momentum early in the game.

If you think about it, the barn scored on its first 3 possessions, but they were all FGs, not TDs. Who knows, this game could be a blessing for the program - a wake up call. The truly fortunate thing is that the loss by itself does not ruin our goals for the season.
