All joking aside, nonprofit lobbyists will take their carving knives to that... and if it doesn't get taken out if the final legislation, then republicans will lose the Senate, plain and simple. I read that they are trying to torpedo the ACA at the last second with this bill as well so maybe SOME good will come of it... but it also delays corporate tax cuts until 2019. It needs a rewrite and this thread needs to be on the Pub regardless off the small tie in to football. IMO.
