There is certainly a logic to that. Probably what I'd advise my kid to do.
The counter of course is that if he goes ahead and transfers, he'll have a year to familiarize himself with the new O and playbook while still practicing. I really feel for the kid. You know it has to be hard to go from being 'the guy' pretty much all your life, like 'the guy in the whole dang country' to not playing. I think Eason had some maturing to do, so in many ways and regardless of whether he stays or goes, this year may have been the best thing for him long term. I know one thing, he's handled the situation very well and I hope to see him on Sundays one day.
