Really poor defense tonight

Ogbeide, Edwards, Hammonds, Parker, Turtle, Claxton, and Hightower. They constantly got beat. And somehow none of them understand the golden rule of basketball... GUARD THE BALL. I saw at least 4-5 times guys on Winthrop driving towards the basket after having beat their man where Edwards or Claxton or Ogbeide would leave the paint to guard a man off the ball. Gave up wideopen layups from that.

Maten was Maten. Ogbeide missed way too many shots at the rim in the first half. Played really well offensively in the second. Edwards scored the ball well. A few shots were set up on drives by Turtle and good dishes, but he muscled up and hit some tough shots and made his foul shots. Hammonds has to get more assertive on O
