Assuming they don't do something stupid like hire anther 3O guy, can you imagine the growing pains a new coach will have?

It will take a mainstream offensive staff years to clean out that roster & overhaul it to modern standards. All those small, low-rated OL who can only cut block to survive against ACC/SEC teams? Probably won't have a QB on the entire roster that would be anything other than a DB/WR in most offenses. Lots of RB types but few WRs.

Transition could be a real mess for several years.
