The Rivals site used to have a great chart that listed every player by position and year, indicating which were walkons. Very clear cut and useful. (It was often referenced during the Richt era to point out how under-strength we were.)

I don’t think any of the main sites really keep a running total of scholarships. You kind of have to just look around at different threads & sift through opinions.
