If Fields beats out Fromm, we are not managing our QBs as we should

When is a player good enough? Fromm is odds on favorite for the Heisman next year if you can believe articles at various sites such as ESPN. We do not want to have every 5* QB beat out by the newest flavor, year in and year out. No future QBs will want to play here.
