Is 3 seconds not a violation anymore?


Silva has been in the lane the entire game. And not just 4 or 5 seconds where maybe you can give the refs a break, but two different times it was about 15 seconds. That's how they get those offensive rebounds.

But yeah, Turtle has GOT to create & distribute more off the dribble.
