He would probably immediately become the second most accomplished coach and recruiter in the SEC behind Cal. Maybe Howland, but very close.

Offer him 2.5-3/year. And the UGA program will become a perennial NCAA Tournament team. With potential to make Final Fours. He's that good IFFFFFF he is healthy
