Let me make sure I'm understanding your suggestion...


Even though we are essentially in the exact same position we were in last year after Auburn, where we control absolutely everything in front of us, you want to make a QB change to a guy that has shown you absolutely nothing in the way of running the offense throughout the course of a game? I won't argue with Fields possibly having a higher ceiling but that's going to be mainly due to what his athleticism can provide to the offense.

Fromm looked horrific. But, the coaches see Fields every single day in practice and also seemingly don't have the confidence that Fields can put us in a better situation. We have to trust the coaches on that one.

(Let me be clear though, Fromm was playing so poorly that I too wanted Fields to get a chance to run the offense in the LSU game.)
