It has been a while. I enjoyed reading your post. I have many thoughts on this season as well. A narrative that I am seeing is that LSU is going to win a championship again for the state of Louisiana. These are Ed Orgeron's specific words post Bama and very likely he has spoken them earlier. Nevermind the fact that LSU has won championships more recently than some. This year's LSU narrative mirrors the same narrative that the 2007 and 2011 seasons had for LSU when the national championship game was played in their back yard (i.e., New Orleans). So, I guess any team going up against this machinery has got it's worth cut out for them and it won't be easy. In a way, you have got to tip your hat to LSU, they have done their work and want to live the dream out. At the same rate, others want to experience the dream as well, so the story hasn't exactly been finished just yet.
