Fox has stabilized the program and elevated it some. The problem


Is that after seven years, he's a long way from realizing, much less maximizing its potential. A difficult job to reach potential without much tradition but that's why he hasnt been under fire. Now the question is whether he can take the progress he's made and take the next step. His situation reminds me of Donnan's. Cleaned up the mess, made us decent, couldnt break through.
