It seems a lot of growing up has occurred. When I objected to the start of the Iraq war, I nothing less than a traitor on this board. I began to respond with barbs that were as bad as the ones thrown at me. The problem with a blog like this, at least for me, is that I;m not able to capsulize my positions properly. It's not like sitting down and discussing a topic for 20 or 30 minutes.
At any rate, I now just try to get along a little better. I still like argument and discussion, but not when it devolves to mud slinging.
