Last time I went through there in November...

I ate at Red State BBQ. It was above and beyond what I expected. Delicious pulled pork and ribs. But the Double Smoked Brisket stood out as a game changer. The sides were awesome as well. Pops had a beer cheese brisket sandwich to go for later. He said it was delicious when he got around to eating it. They serve beer, my brother.
