Excellent post Double G!


One caveat need be stated, however.

There are times when Performance is impacted by Conduct and also by Misconduct.

This is especially true related to situations of Recruiting, for collegiate athletics and it is for Businesses and Corporations as well.

The Leader's "Conduct" weighs significantly in obtaining, maintaining loosing, or having little to no - "Esprit de Corps" or "Spirit of the Body."

As is Mark Richt, Kirby Smart is also a High Quality Conduct person, IMO, so UGA is still indeed fortunate.
