I agree it would be a mistake to fire him before

2018, but, he has coached 4 games. Two were face plant, bed wetting games. He was hired to decrease the percentage of face plant, bed wetting games, not increase it.

If he does not do a lot better by late 2018 we need to fire McGarity's ass, and then Smart's. .
