Some news outlet wrote a fawning...


...article about him just before the free shoes game. Raved about him, and his great career at Georgia. IIRC, their exact words were "extraordinary career at Georgia."

I was never anti-Richt, but I had to laugh. The media constantly called his teams underachievers, but here they were spinning for him.

Kicker was they marveled that he won the team over by doing a backflip off the 10M board. Pool day lives.

And now the U has spun out. I too am pulling for him, but it was funny. Got a buddy went to the U. Thanked me for CMR and texted constantly during the hot start. Haven't heard from him in a few weeks.
