Yeah, I know nothing on here will cause any changes to be made. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't let someone hear about it.

Here's some food for thought for those who think Kirby will become a championship coach. Of all the coaches who have ever won an SEC championship, the HUGE majority of them won more games their first season than the team did the previous year. This includes all the greats like Bear Bryant (at both Kentucky and Bama), Robert Neyland (in all three stints at tennessee), Shug Jordan, Vince Dooley, Johnny Vaught, Saban (at both LSU and Bama), Steve Spurrier, Urban Meyer, Phil Fulmer, Les Miles, etc. As well as guys like Tubberville, Chizik and Malzahn at Auburn; Mike Archer, Bill Arnsparger and Bernie Moore at LSU; Bill Alexander at gtu, and lessor known guys like Fran Curci at Kentucky, Bowden Wyatt at tennessee, Harald Drew at Bama, Henry Frnka at Tulane, Allyn McKeen at Miss St.

Of the very few SEC Championship coaches who won fewer games in their 1st season than the team did the year before, most were either a) flashes in the pan or otherwise forgettable: guys like Mike DuBose and BillCurry at Bama, or Ted Cox at Tulane, etc. or b) took over in unusual situations like Frank Thomas who took over for Wallace Wade at Bama the year after they went undefeated (Thomas went 9-1 his 1st year, only loss being at tennessee under fellow great Robert Neyland), or Bobby Dodd who took over for Bill Alexander immediately after WWII when gtu was a Military Training facility.

Bottom line is, championship coaches usually win out of the gate.
