Think it was mostly attitude...

He was just so immature. Wanted to rock the white boy hip hop attitude too much. Came to meetings with his cap on crooked, "yo, sup bra", when he walked in the room kind of thing.

After Lambert got here, he was solidly 4th on the depth chart behind a very mediocre 3 qbs. Hope he has success this year.
