Mark Few turned down Oregon and Arizona


He's not going to Georgia no matter what.

Chris Mack also. Xavier was a better program AND job than Georgia when it was in the A10. Now it's in the Big East. There's no reason why Mack would leave. Yea, UGA could offer $5 mil/year. But that'll never happen and nor should it.

Legit "bigger" names for UGA. Chris Holtman at Butler. Ben Jacobsons at UNI. Buzz Williams at Virginia Tech. Will Wade at VCU. Gottfried of course. Tom Crean would be good. Maybe Steve Prohm at ISU.

But the Gregg Marshalls and the Mark Fews... That's all fantasy land. I think the Archie Miller boat has sailed as well. Last year I thought could have been a possibility. But not this year with NCST open and Indiana and Illinois likely open as well.

Of the list, I like Jacobson, Prohm, Crean and Wade. Prohm could be very interesting. He grew up in Georgia. Played at Oglethorpe. And it's not like Iowa St is some great job.
