True to a point, but...


Lack of QB audibles didn't have a thing to do with our OLmen getting beaten 1-on-1 by Nichols St players.

When SEC play started the whippings were worse. I agree that better QB calls &/or less sucky play calling by Chaney would have helped.

But that group was as physically unimpressive man-on-man as i can recall. The middle was lightweight, the LT was a joke, & the RT was a short-armed guard. They were physically abused more than I've ever seen a UGA OL. Not talking about being outnumbered in the box. Talking about losing consistently man-on-man. Getting pushed down. Getting run over. Completely whiffing at times.

Thankful for real SEC OTs & big talented interior linemen in the pipeline now.
