I do not buy the weak arm Fromm BS...

He might not be able to throw the ball 75 yds in the air but he can throw it 60+. He has thrown out passes that even the announcers and talking heads have said many pros do not make those throws. No, he does not have the same arm strength but he has plenty and is far more accurate.
