Is he an upgrade from Lilly??


I actually thought highly of Lilly and he appears to be coaching exact same position and handling special teams which is what Lilly did as well. (or part of it)

That being said, Coach Smart wants his guys and I fully understand that as well. Just don't see it as being an upgrade to what we currently had myself..........
