I agree with some of your post but...

The talent level did drop a bit, especially in depth. And, under CMR, the OL was never a great haul. I'm glad CMR is gone, and wish he had been gone sooner. I have a lot of faith that Kirby will get the job done. It's not going to happen this season, but soon.
