but we all pretty much know that. The question valley initially raised - which is a good one - is if these coaches can coach. That's really the heart of the matter.

You seem to be supremely confident that this staff will hit the ground running without any of the mistakes that plagued Richt's tenure. My question is how and/or why do you have that confidence? Don't get me wrong, I hope you are 100% correct. Because if you are, we are in for a nice ride. But what is it about Kirby's pedigree, or career to date, is so much different from Richt's when we hired him to give you that confidence?
