Once you have been at a spot after 8-10 years it is hard to hit reset button on some things you started that perhaps you really don't like and you just go with current flow. Meyer at Florida and Saban at LSU had somewhat topped out and had came back to the pack so to speak. Both seemed to come back with a vengeance and really hit the RESET buttons for their programs and careers. I think Richt COULD be in that same boat. He took much time in picking his staff down in Miami. We'll see if he RESETS his roster management and suspension polices (orjust tweaks a little).
I suspect he is going to have a solid 5 year run down in Miami. He'll play for an ACC Championship within next 2 years for sure.

Note - this is NOT an ANTI-Kirby post, whats done is done. He is killing it on recruiting trail and so far is developing his head coaching responsibilities. Not sold on his OC pick, but we shall see. Overall pleased with direction of program. He'll have Ga in SEC championship within next 3 years as well.
