but starting Parker isn't our problem, regardless of Wilridge's athleticism. How many starting 3's in the SEC are better than Parker? 5? Maybe 6? When your "weak link" is still better than half the conference, then you should be doing better than mid-pack. We've got one of the better front courts in the conference in Maten and Ogbeide. We've got a Sr at the point (the hottest commodity in college basketball) and a 4-star stud (who has "panned out") at the 2. That's a lineup a lot of coaches would take into the tournament.

Looks like we agree on the PT issue, and that the bench players play too much. But it's not that it's because "we don't have anybody else". It's because of poor substitution by Fox. Every game he sits Ogbeide at the first clock stoppage, usually for Edwards. That's freakin' stupid. No other word for it but stupid. In nearly every game, the other team has immediately gone on a run. Why does he do it? It's not because "we don't have anybody else". We do have someone else. His name is Ogbeide. Let him get more freakin minutes! Let him get the other guys bigs in foul trouble. He could EASILY get 6-8 more minutes a game. And Geno and/or Kessler usually come in for someone along with Edwards. Kessler has walk-on talent, and Geno is just slightly better. I'm sure they're good guys, but Parker/Wilridge/Diatta should be getting all of Kesslers minutes and most of Geno's. We've got the guys, Fox just is playing the wrong ones too much.
