Most coaches that win championships do so within the

first three seasons. That means that they do so mostly with players that they did not recruit. The reason is that great coaches coach to their players strength rather than always expecting players to mesh to their philosophy. Kirby inherited arguably a better roster by recruiting rankings than any coach other than maybe Urban Meyer at Ohio State and Kiffin at USC in the past ten years. There is a tremendous amount of ttalent on this team. If he doesn't win something within three years he won't make it at UGA.
