They are "early" accomplishments precisely BECAUSE he's only been there one year. But in case you haven't read any of the other posts, he won a bowl game for their first time in 10 years, he won 9 games after they had won 8, 6, 9, 7, 6, and 7 games the previous 6 years. He has the 3rd highest win total of any 1st year coach in program history (Coker 12, & Erickson 11). Last year he put together their 1st top 10 recruiting class in umpteen years, and his current class is #1 according to Rivals.

But maybe you're right. Maybe none of that means anything. No one knows what's gonna happen this season, and it's certainly possible Richt could lay an egg. But by the same token, maybe it does mean something. By several different measures, his 1st year at Miami was better than his first year here. So it's not unreasonable to think he has changed something wrt his coaching. But you seem to be unable to give any reasons why you are so certain he hasn't.
